Why did you really write Extinction or Evolution?
Author Answer:
I sat across from a room of senior executives who all nodded at the same dashboard instead of arguing with each other. Nobody disagreed. Nobody pushed back. Nobody said “I think this is wrong” even though two people in that room clearly did. That silence is what scared me, not the software itself. I wrote this book because I watched leadership quietly turn into agreement theater, and I wanted to name it before it became permanent.
Built, not born.
