What’s the most frustrating mistake you see in corporate tech right now?

Companies buying speed and calling it strategy. I’ve sat in rooms where a team automated a decision in minutes that should have taken a week of real argument, and everyone clapped like something important had happened. Nobody in the room asked where that decision was actually headed, only how fast they got there. Speed without direction isn’t progress <••> it’s just a faster way to be wrong. I watch this happen constantly and almost nobody names it out loud.
