You build AI for a living. Why are you the one warning people about it?
Author Answer:
Because I’ve watched a system fail in front of a board, and I was the one who had to stand up and explain why. The people selling you blind faith in full automation have almost never had to eat that moment themselves. Building the architecture gives you a front row seat to exactly where it breaks, what it hides, and what it quietly gets wrong with total confidence. Knowing that isn’t being anti-technology. It’s just refusing to lie to you about what I build.
Built, not born.
