Why does turning it off and on actually fix things?

Author Answer:

We force machines to run until they freeze. We open fifty tabs, ignore every warning light, and expect them to carry the weight without slowing down. And when they finally crash... ...the fix isn't complicated code. It's letting go of everything held in memory. It's shutting down completely. It's starting fresh, empty and clean. We do the exact same thing to ourselves. We stack worries, run on zero sleep, and wonder why we feel stuck. Rest isn't giving up. It's just clearing the memory so you can breathe again. Maybe that's why weekends exist.
