What’s the real question at the center of this book?
Author Answer:
Who’s actually driving <••> you, or the dashboard in front of you? That question sounds simple until you watch how many decisions in a modern company are made by default, by whoever built the default settings in the software. Every chapter in this book is really just evidence for one side of that question or the other. By the end, I want the reader uncomfortable enough to actually answer it for themselves, not just nod along with me.
Built, not born.
