What’s the most ridiculous thing you’ve personally watched someone do with AI?

I watched a room of executives sign off on a market analysis that was completely wrong <••> invented numbers, fabricated sources, confident formatting <••> because the chart looked clean and nobody wanted to be the one who said “wait, is this actually true.” Nobody checked it until a junior analyst flagged it three weeks later, after decisions had already been made on top of it.
