Even with so many automated appliances, why do I still have chores pending?

Because the dishwasher does its job and then stares at you waiting for you to do yours. It washed everything. Perfectly. And now the counter is a disaster, the fridge smells suspicious, and the laundry has been "almost done" for three days. Every appliance you bought to save time somehow revealed a new chore you were previously ignoring successfully. The robot vacuum just pushed the problem to a different corner of the room. Automation did not reduce the work it just made your excuses significantly worse. You cannot say you did not have time anymore. The machine had time. It showed up. You are now officially the least productive appliance in your own home. The Roomba is judging you and it does not even have eyes.
