As CEO and Chief AI Architect, what do you personally do differently because of everything you’ve learned writing this book?
Author Answer:
I force myself to write down what I believe before I look at any model output, every single time, even when it slows me down in the moment. It’s a small discipline that feels unnecessary right up until the day it saves you from quietly agreeing with something wrong. I don’t do this because I distrust the systems I build <••> I do it because I built them, and I know exactly how convincing they sound even when they’re off. That one habit is the entire book compressed into a daily practice
Built, not born.
