Why does Google sometimes know what I mean even when I type the wrong thing?

Author Answer:

You type a chaotic string of typos. Missing letters. Broken grammar. Pure gibberish. Google looks at it and gently asks: "Did you mean...?" It gets you right. Search engines don't look for flawless input. They look for intent beneath the chaos. In life, we spend so much energy worrying about saying the exact right word, making the perfect pitch, or hiding our messy thoughts. The people who truly matter in your life don't need you to be articulate or polished. They look past your mistakes and understand what you meant anyway.
