Has AI made leaders freer or just busier?

For most, just busier. Every hour saved got filled with more reports, more alerts, more meetings. We automated the work and kept the noise. Time saved only matters if you protect it. Block it. Guard it. Think in it. Otherwise you're just running faster on the same wheel.
