Why does restarting a computer solve problems nobody can explain?

“Have you tried turning it off and on again?” Somehow, this is still the most successful IT strategy ever invented. Your computer breaks. Nobody knows why. You restart it. Suddenly, everything works. What happened? Probably too many processes, messy memory, and background tasks fighting for their lives. A restart basically tells the computer: “Forget everything. Let’s pretend none of this happened.” And the funniest part? Even the IT guy may not know why it worked. Sometimes technology’s most advanced solution is simply: “I have no idea. But it’s working now.”
